Drawing from a decade of experience as a corporate Engineer, founding a men’s wellness start-up, coaching executives, and battling with intense mental health issues, Jordan show’s audiences pathways to express and find support for their internal struggles using spoken word to teach creative metaphors and insights - Learning to swim.
The attendees then build the tools for maintaining durability and joy, no matter what life throws our way incoporating mindfulness tools and a trauma-informed coaching approach.
